I ordered this box and on the listing it has said if you had any special requests to put it in the note when ordering. Which I did. Placed the order and waited. And waited. And waited. I emailed, used the online portal both several times and was straight up ignored on each occasion. No update, no commutation, nothing. I then managed to get a number to text who was the boss I assume, he was the only person who was helpful in somewhat way. We communicated and he had also asked what I wanted in the box which I said the same as what I put in the notes on my order. Waited a further week.. the box shows up. Nothing what I asked for and 3 out the 5 were really bad. Size XL that would barely fit a XS as it had shrunk so badly, Northface with a tear down the side and seams split. I never heard back from the email I sent after recieving this box and no communication back once again. If anyone wants to buy please please please save your money and go elsewhere. Not worth the money I paid. Disappointed in every aspect. Nearly 6 weeks waiting for utter disappointment

Item was never sent out so I never received it tried contacting the company but had no reply. Do not recommend
